So many people tell me that they won’t eat avocados because they have so much fat in them, but that is soo not the way to look at them. Avocados have awesome nutritional value and are a great metabolism booster. Just like nuts, the natural fats in avocados are actually GOOD for burning fat, and keeps you full and energized. And they taste great, of course!
